By entering an OMG Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Rules:

 

• Winners agree that OMG may use their name and the name of their city/town of residence for advertising purposes.

 

• Contest is only open to individuals; company pages are not eligible.

 

• Acceptance for these conditions must be made within 3 days of being notified as a winner.

 

• The prize must be delivered to a place of business in accordance with OMG’s delivery policy or picked up at OMG Gift Baskets and Flowers. OMG has sole discretion in determining the prize pick-up or delivery date.

 

• OMG has sole discretion to select another winner.

• All personal information, such as name and contact information, required to enter an OMG Contest is collected by OMG solely for the purposes of administering and marketing the OMG Contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent.
